Welcome to EPHORIA! We provide our members with access to a closet full of designer clothes at a fraction of retail price. Whether renting for work, weekends, events and everything in between, we have the right plan for you. For short-term rentals, try out EPHORIA rent. To get access to Luxury brands on rotation, try our membership.

We carry clothing for women for every occasion and stage in her life. Our clothing ranges from size S – L.

The primary purpose of Rental is to ditch the consumer culture and reduce the fashion wastage that keeps on increasing each passing year. While the idea of renting clothes is eco-friendly and good for the planet, it would make your personal life far easier as well. We take great care to clean and inspect all of our pieces so they arrive in like-new condition. We do all dry cleaning and repairs facility to ensure the highest quality.

Your First Order

Your delivery date will be confirmed before checkout. Check your email for confirmation your order has shipped and to locate your tracking information. Deliveries are made between 8am and 10pm during weekdays.

If you receive a notification that your credit card was declined, please make sure to confirm that the billing address and zip code you entered on your order is the same as what your credit card company has on file.

Unfortunately, No. We need your Ephoria garment bag back to power other customers’ rentals. If the garment bag is not returned with your Reserve order or before you cancel your membership, you will be charged $50.

See a dress or accessory you love? Click on the small heart to the right of the item. This saves your favorites so that you can easily compare and find items at a later date.

Perfect for occasions, Ephoria Renew allows you to rent from our closet with an 8-day rental.

Find It: Filter by color, length, trend and more to find the best look. We carry hundredss of styles from 10n designers.

We offer 8-day reservation . We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your wish date, to ensure you have plenty of time to get the perfect look

The Shipping through Ups costs 14€ . All the returns are on us.


Returns in Ephoria are super easy.

  1. Pack up your rentals in the garment bag they came in. Be sure to place accessories and handbags back in their dust bags.
  2. Clothes can be returned with or without the hangers and plastic dry cleaning bags.
  3. Remove the prepaid return label from the inside pock of the garment bag and insert it into the plastic pouch on the outside of the bag. Then, fold the bag, tuck in the handles, and zip it shut.
  4. Send your garment bag back via your nearest UPS location

Just be sure to return your rental by your rental end date. Unfortunately, we’ll have to charge you $10 for each day it’s late.

You can complete a quick return  by bringing items to your nearest UPS location,

or call Ups for a pick up from home.

You can find your shipment label under Account My orders , just print it, and sent it via Ups.

Although UPS is closed on Sundays and observed holidays, you can still take your return packaging to a UPS access point on your rental return date

If you are bringing your items to a UPS store, you may drop it off by 12pm (noon) on the day following your rental end date and you will not be charged late fees

Members select 4 pieces to enjoy all month long.  handbags, jeans, jackets, etc.! After your next billing date (the same day every month) you are eligible to swap your rentals for new styles.

Fall in love with one of your styles at home? You can always keep renting it as part of next month’s shipment.

Members get access to a curated edit of everyday clothing and accessories. Rent pieces from 100+ top brands. The  membership includes styles with up to $350 in retail value.

You can keep your items for an infinite amount of time – as long as your membership is in good standing! Keep them for a month or an entire season — it’s up to you! Each month, you can decide to swap all of your pieces at a time.

You’ll be able to swap for new styles each month. Your swaps will unlock every month on your billing date. Your billing date is determined by the day of the month you joined the membership – not the first of every month.

Sign up for a Membership

Your swap unlocks once you return items in the end of your billing month. Just make sure to do so before your next billing date.

  1. Browse your rotating closet and start building your next shipment.
  2. After you’ve confirmed your shipment, return the items you’re swapping via UPS or at a UPS ACCESS POINT.
  3. Once you receive your next shipment, hold onto your items at home for the whole month until your next swap unlocks.

To sign up, head to our membership page on our site’s navigation. Once you settle on your subscription, you’ll enter your credit card number to sign up, and immediately be able to select your first shipment! Questions? Contact us

Our system save data of your credit card, you will be charged automatically for each month of your membership. You can cancel whenever you can’t accessing your account -> subscriptions -> cancel my subscription

Membership Account

We want your membership to flex with your life, so you can pause your account whenever you need to! By pausing your account you can continue to access our 8 day rentals and will continue to receive communications about new arrivals and style inspiration. Contact us for pausing your account

Your billing and shipping information is stored in your Membership Settings and can be updated at any time. Please note that the address stored in your account will become the default location to which your shipments are sent.

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected]

Upon cancellation, please return your pieces before the end of the current billing period noted in your account settings to avoid additional late fees.

You’ll be able to swap for new styles each month. Your swaps will unlock every month on your billing date after your return the last items. Your billing date is determined by the day of the month you joined Ephoria –


You can send your items to Ups access points to make it easier for you. You can also change your shipping addresse in your account before you place a new order. Members frequently choose to send their items to their office or hotel while traveling. You will find it under My custom Address.

You have to send back all of the items at the same time! If you fall in love with an item and want to keep it, you can hold on to it for another month, it’s up to you.

Pack up your rentals in the eco-friendly garment bag. Make sure to package each accessory in the protective bag or jewelry box you received with your order. Clothes can be returned with or without the plastic coverings or hangers.

Once you’ve packed up, swap the UPS return label and take it to your nearest UPS location

You’ll hear from us! We’ll send you an email when we receive your order back at our address (typically 2-3 days after you drop it off at UPS).

The prepaid label provided to you covers free return shipping through UPS. UPS is our partner for all return shipping and at this time we do not offer options through other carriers.
